Inspec, Inc. Expands Its State-of-the-Art Lab

Inspec, Inc., providing CMM, optical and laser measurement services, is tripling the size of its environmentally controlled laboratory facility in Canton, Michigan. This expansion will further enhance its dimensional metrology inspection services already backed by the company's ISO-9002 Registered status and soon-to-be A2LA/ISO-Guide 25 Accreditation. Inspec offers state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including surface finish, roundness, vision, CMMs and reverse engineering, manufactured by Taylor Hobson, Ram Optical, LK Metrology, IMS and Metronics.

In addition to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, Inspec's experienced technicians provide 24-hour field service and in-house contract inspection to many different industries. Inspec's commitment to continued research and development and its knowledge of CAD/CMM capabilities and DMIS software have resulted in an understanding of the manufacturing process of dimensional metrology in any industry needing measurement services. Inspec's experience ranges from surface and prismatic inspection in the automotive market to intricate plastic connectors and small appliance parts in the manufacturing industry.
