The Microgage Kit

The Microgage Kit is an innovative measuring and alignment system for industrial applications. Precision of 0.00002 inch and alignments over a range of 50 feet bring new possibilities to industrial applications. The Microgage Kit is easily adapted to many projects; it is precise, and quick to set-up and use.

The Microgage Kit includes a compact, battery powered, laser transmitter that projects a thin line of laser light, forming a centerline reference. A digital receiver is moved along the laser beam and provides a precise measure of receiver orientation on a digital display.

Microgage applications include: machine alignment, measuring machine runout, shaft & spindle alignment, equipment installations, roller and drive alignment, large part gaging, surface flatness measurements, and more. The Microgage is available with different options and can be customized for particular needs.
