  • The new Model 9230 Gallium Maintenance System works with Hart's Model 5943 Stainless Steel Gallium Cell to provide melting plateaus that last a week. The gallium melting point (29.7646°C) is a critical temperature. Thermometers used in life science, environmental monitoring, and many other applications depend on it for accurate calibrations. Lab standards rely on it as an ITS-90 check standard and as a means of measuring drift between calibrations. Hart Scientific now makes it easy to use.

  • Pinpoint Laser Systems is introducing the unique, new, adjustable MicroShim for precision machine leveling, positioning, and mounting applications. This newest shim design provides many height positions in increments of 0.001 inch over a range of 1.0 inch for supporting machinery and equipment while providing high load bearing capacity.

  • Take liquid pressure readings with the new Series 490 Wet/Wet Handheld Digital Manometer from Dwyer Instruments, Inc. Units are highly accurate for positive or positive differential pressure measurements and can tolerate most any liquid media compatible with 316L stainless steel. The Series 490 is available in four models, covering pressure ranges from 0 to 15 PSI to 0 to 100PSI.
  • Transmation Products Group, a business unit of Transmation, Inc., announced the launch of its new and enhanced Multifunction PDA Calibrator, which combines 5 different functions into one hand-held device. The new Multifunction PDA can source and measure milliamp, voltage, thermocouples, RTD and pressure. Moreover, a built in power supply allows stand-alone calibration of two wire transmitters.

  • Calibration gases - single and multiple gas mixtures (oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, flammable, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, ammonia, ethylene, ethylene oxide, Freon, hexane, pentane, methane, butane, nitric oxide, nitrous, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxides, nitrogen, zero air, Phosphine, silane, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen cyanide, propane, propylene, benzene, toluene, isobutylene) in air or nitrogen for calibration of confined space and hazardous gas monitors and laboratory instruments.
  • USP-NF makes your job easier by providing the official standards, testing guidelines, and specifications you need in one comprehensive resource. It helps you stay on top of current developments in standards and test methods that affect your products.
  • Renishaw's new Laser10 calibration software enhances the capabilities of the ML10 laser-based diagnostic system for machine tools and CMMs. Available with new ML10 systems or as an upgrade for existing systems, the new software provides the capability for both static and dynamic data capture of machine linear positioning, angular, straightness and squareness accuracy.

  • Tel-Tru Manufacturing Company just published their new 28-page catalog of Tel-Tru bimetal Thermometers. The catalog provides complete product information to make specification and ordering easy.

  • The External SuperMicrometer gives you the advantage of two instruments in one. It's a direct reading, high precision metrology instrument and also an electronic size comparator for continuous accuracy on the production floor. This versatile instrument features an inch/metric (switchable) micro-processor based digital display for part measurements. To keep you up-to-date with the latest SPC developments and computer links, an RS232C output is standard.

  • NORTHVALE, NJ - The Pyrometer Instrument Co. Inc., introduces its new P330 precision blackbody calibration source. The P330 has a 25mm aperture opening and employs a uniformly heated cone shaped cavity that achieves a near ideal emissivity values of 0.99 or better over its entire temperature range.
  • HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA - 3D Instruments, LLC, an ISO 9000 certified company and global leader in pressure calibration technology, is pleased to announce the market release of its' newest pressure gauge, the DTG-6000 Digital Test Gauge. This "state-of-the-art" pressure gauge/calibrator provides for the ultimate in ruggedness and accuracy for field pressure measurement and calibration applications.
  • WEST CHESTER, PA - For more than 10 years, Instrumentation Technical Services, Inc. has been providing a wide array of technical support services to processing plants, discrete manufacturers, utilities, municipalities, and other enterprises in the Mid Atlantic region.
