Pyrofiber Single Axis Fiber Optic Sensor Head

The Pyrometer Instrument Co., Inc. introduces its Pyrofiber Single axis Fiber Optic Sensor Head for measuring precise IR temperature and emissivity values of miniature targets. Target sizes to 1 mm can be measured accurately with this single axis sensor head design.

The sensor head is part of the Pyrofiber Lab, Automatic emissivity Correcting IR temperature Measurement System. The Pyrofiber utilizes a patented pulse laser technology to measure infrared radiance while simultaneously measures and corrects for unknown emissivity values. The Pyrofiber Temperature Measurement System is available in several models to accommodate temperature ranges between 250C to 3000C.
