  • Not published in more than a decade, the new FDA Laboratory Manual on CD-ROM contains over twenty-two sections covering the latest FDA regulatory policy for testing consumer products, training of laboratory staff, report writing, safety, research, review of private laboratory reports and court testimony, laboratory quality objectives for ISO 17025 accreditation, additional training modules, and new sections to address measurement traceability.
  • Fluke Corporation's 2005 calibration and metrology course schedule for North America includes five different ways to learn. The program offers instructor-led classroom and web-based courses as well as new, self-paced CD-ROM and web-based courses.
  • NAPT (National Association for Proficiency Testing) is pleased to announce the addition of the following site to its regional ILC schedule: Minneapolis, MN April 25 - 29 2005, hosted by Martin Calibration. The purpose of these ILC/PT’s (interlaboratory comparisons/proficiency tests) is to demonstrate competence in the calibration of the selected parameters.
