Training Opportunities for the Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) Program
American Society for Quality's (ASQ) Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) program is designed to be a peer recognized certification program that provides authentication as to a level of knowledge and experience associated with the duties and responsibilities of a mid-level calibration technician per the consensus expectations of hundreds of calibration / metrology professionals.

Certification can be obtained by meeting prerequisites (documented evidence of minimum education/training/experience) and successful completion of the CCT exam. The focus of the CCT program on the mid-level calibration technician is deemed by the CCT program committee to be the most advantageous for industry.

• Philip G. Stein, Consultants at www.measurement.com provide CCT Exam Refresher courses and Body of Knowledge courses.
• J&G Technology at www.jg-technology.com offer on-site CCT training classes.
• Workplace Training at www.wptraining.com/ offers a computer based training module.
• ASQ offers a refresher course to teach the ASQ Certified Calibration Technician Body of Knowledge (BOK) to practitioners already experienced in the field of calibration. Measurement uncertainty and its calculation, laboratory accreditation requirements, and measurement processes and procedures will all be emphasized.
• The QC Group’s Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) review training is available as a public course or as an in-house (your facility) offering.
